Treatments
Five treatments, one studio
Each treatment is built around a different need. Below is what happens in each, who it suits, and what we need from you before the session is confirmed.
Session length and price
Treatments are quoted by the treatment and the length you choose — we do not publish fixed prices because the right length depends on what you need. Tell us roughly how long you would like when you book and we will confirm the price in our reply, before anything is agreed.
01
Traditional Thai massage
Performed on a mat in loose clothing, without oil. The therapist uses palms, thumbs, forearms and feet to apply pressure along the body’s lines, then guides you through supported stretches. It is firmer and more structured than an oil massage.
- Suits
- Stiffness after long hours at a desk, general tightness, and anyone who wants stretching worked into the session.
- Wear
- Loose, comfortable clothing you can move in. No oil is used.
- Session length
- Confirmed when you book, based on how much of the body you want covered.
02
Aromatherapy oil massage
Long, flowing strokes with a chosen essential-oil blend. This is the treatment to choose when the goal is to slow down rather than work deep. Pressure stays comfortable throughout.
- Suits
- Feeling wound up, difficulty switching off, and anyone who finds deep pressure counter-productive.
- Wear
- Undress to your comfort level; you are draped throughout and only the working area is uncovered.
- Session length
- Confirmed when you book.
03
Herbal compress therapy
Imported Thai herbs are wrapped into compresses, warmed, and pressed along tight areas. The heat makes it a useful addition to oil work, particularly across the back and shoulders.
- Suits
- Areas that feel cold, stiff or slow to release; often booked alongside oil massage.
- Wear
- As with oil massage — you are draped and only the working area is uncovered.
- Session length
- Confirmed when you book.
04
Deep tissue neck & shoulder
A focused session on the upper back, neck and shoulders — the areas that hold on hardest when you spend the day at a screen. Working in one region for the whole session lets us get further than a full-body treatment can.
- Suits
- Desk work, driving, or a single area that keeps asking for attention.
- Wear
- Upper body access is needed; you are draped throughout.
- Session length
- Confirmed when you book — shorter sessions work well for a single region.
05
Foot reflexology
Pressure applied across the feet and lower legs. Practical when you have a short window, and easy to combine with another treatment if you would like a longer session.
- Suits
- Anyone on their feet all day, or a short session at the end of a working day.
- Wear
- Only the feet and lower legs need to be accessible.
- Session length
- Confirmed when you book.
