How bookings, prices and cancellations work. Plain terms, written to match how the studio actually operates.
What we provide
Thai massage and spa treatments listed on the Treatments page. The scope of a session is agreed when it is booked.
Prices
Prices depend on the treatment and the length you choose. We confirm the price in our reply before a session is booked; nothing is charged until you have agreed it. Prices are quoted in euro.
Booking
A booking request sent through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The appointment exists once we have replied confirming availability, the treatment, the length and the price, and you have accepted that reply.
Changing or cancelling
Tell us as early as you can if your plans change and we will move the booking or release it. Because each session is confirmed by reply before it is held, no payment is taken at the point of booking.
What these treatments are not
Our treatments are relaxation and bodywork services. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. We do not diagnose conditions and do not promise a medical outcome. Tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities before your session.
Liability
We provide the treatment with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on information you did not give us, or for matters outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law that applies to YOU THERAPIES LTD (company number 16363609, registered in the United Kingdom). We do not assert a different jurisdiction for clients elsewhere, and nothing here removes rights you have under your own local consumer law.
