What we collect, and why
This page describes the information this website actually collects. It is written to match the forms on the site, not to cover hypothetical features.
What we collect
When you send the booking or contact form we receive the name, email address and message you type, plus the phone number if you choose to give it. For booking requests that also includes the treatment, the preferred length, and the date and time you asked for, and anything you write in the notes field.
Why we hold it
Only to answer your request and to arrange the session you asked about. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Booking and contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period so that we can answer questions about a past session. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Who can see it
Access is limited to the people who handle bookings and reply to messages. We do not share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies
This site does not run analytics or advertising scripts. The only cookies that may be set are essential WordPress cookies, and only if you log in to the administration area. See Cookies for the detail.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@youtherapiesltd.com and we will respond.
